Who has to know?

Well, these past few days were much too long for summer. Especially the end. You know how you’re supposed to be dreading the end and all? Like, the last few weeks go by too fast because you’re dreading the beginning of school? It’s been going by so fast, that it’s almost like I’m looking forward to school. I guess I am, in a way. I want to see all of my friends that I couldn’t spend time with over the summer. I want to be able to drive the people who I annoy crazy again. (You should try it sometime. It never gets old.) However, I’m dreading the whole learning thing. My brain hurts enough already with a headache. I don’t need the stress of 5 essays due in 2 weeks building up with pounds and pounds of textbooks that I have to bring home the first day. To that, I can easily say NO THANK YOU.

Yesterday was fun.  I went to the pool with my friend Maggie, and then had a sleepover with her.  After the pool, we walked down to Walgreens (which is scarily close to my house) and bought a TON of candy.  Of course, both our mothers spazzed.  But, the candy still tasted good late that night, so it was ok.

Today I went to Canobie Lake Park…with Maggie and the rest of her family (except her dad).  I love the Yankee Cannonball.  Sooo much fun.  Also, the Pirate ship and the Boston Tea Party were fun.  However, if you do end up going there, don’t go on the Mine ride.  You spend an hour waiting, and 3 minutes sitting and riding in circles.  You get slightly wet (a few drops here and there) and it’s just horribly cheesy.  Lots of signs that say “GO BACK” and skeletons saying “YOU’VE COME TOO FAR”.  Of course, it would make any three-year-old pee their pants, but otherwise, avoid at all costs!
